TERMS: All prices quoted on this site are FOB our location at 7900 York St., Denver, CO. All sales are COD unless credit has been established. All accounts are due 60 days from the date of invoice. ALL ACCOUNTS PAST 60 DAYS ARE REFERRED TO OUR COLLECTION AGENCY. PAST DUE ACCOUNTS WILL FORFEIT THEIR VOLUME DISCOUNT ON THE PAST DUE BALANCE. They are also subject to a 2% per month service charge on the unpaid balance (24% per year) or the highest legally obtainable rate. All past due accounts will be held financially responsible for all legal and collection costs.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS: Significant volume discounts are available to our customers based on the following table. Your discount will be based on the greater of either a) amount of your early order; or b) your purchase volume in the prior calendar year. Past due accounts will forfeit their volume discounts on the past due balance.

RESERVE STOCK: We are happy to hold stock for our customers in our sales yard until you are ready to pick it up. All reserve orders are treated as stock that is sold, and must be paid for at the time they are tagged. Reserve stock sold to our charge customers is due on the 60th day from invoice. There will be a 20% charge for any material held as sold or special ordered that is cancelled.

GUARANTEE: We guarantee all stock to be free from insects and pests (as certified by the Colorado Department of Agriculture). We make no warranty as to life or success secured in transplanting.

DELIVERY: Delivery of nursery stock is available to all areas. Please contact the office for a quote on freight rates. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNLOADING, AND MUST SUPPLY ALL NECESSARY LABOR AND EQUIPMENT. If you are picking up your stock, be sure to have all the necessary equipment – including ropes, tarps, etc. All materials we provide will be billed to you.

CLAIMS: You have the right to refuse any stock at the time of delivery. No claims received after 10 days will be entertained. All sales are booked pursuant to crop conditions, and we reserve the right to cancel all or a portion of your order should injury befall our stock from acts of God, errors in counts, or should stock not reach estimated size.

ALL ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE AT THE ORIGINAL INVOICE PRICE.

WHOLESALE PRICING ON THIS SITE: The pricing on this website is published and intended for use only by our wholesale clients. All prices listed on this site are wholesale, and will not be available to anyone who cannot provide proof of employment within the nursery industry.
